  • Absolutely! We understand that plans evolve. You can make changes to your order up until 14 days before your event, subject to item availability. After this point, major changes may not be possible, but we’ll always do our best to help!

  • Yes, we’re flexible to suit your needs. You can choose from delivery-only, full styling/setup services, or self-collection. Whether you’d like us to set up your entire tablescape or simply deliver the hired items, we’re happy to help. Prefer to collect and return the items yourself? That’s no problem—we’ll schedule a convenient time and provide packing instructions. Just ensure you have suitable transport, as some items are fragile or bulky.
